I mad aome cookies on this tray and is so easy to clean later on ... i enjoy using it

The trays work great but what they don’t tell you is that the trays make mini-madeleines. If you are looking for full sized pan, keep looking; this is not it.

Perfect for MINI madeleines, I stressed mini because a lot of reviewers seemed disappointed in the smallness of the cavities. But it was what I wanted and what came up in my search for mini molds.I also noticed some mention these were not noon stick, that was not my experience and I'm going to guess they tried to unmold the cakes before letting them cool. Take them out of the oven, then out of any hot pans and let them cool for five minutes and all will be good.

Pop in the dishwasher for cleaning. Makes a small cookie so probably better for candy application.

When I received my package, it was already open and didn't have a receipt or any return labels which I've been used to from Amazon. So, already was off to a bad start. Then, forgetting the mold size was small, I was so mad. They are very little, but personally, I don't mind it - I just forgot that they weren't normal sized haha! They're silicon molds so they're super easy to clean and really easy to use.

Their downside is that they must be supported by a cookie sheet, so they get a brown dot on the bottom and the rest does no brown at all. If all yellow Madelines are ok with you, these are fine.

I recently came across a banana bread cookie recipe and found that the dough was far mroe runny than I was expecting. Cooking these on a traditional cookie sheet yields thin pancake discs that end up running together. I countered this with these pans and found them to be exactly what I needed. The cake/cookies from these pans are small. About 1.5" wide and 2" long, but they are thick and still a significant cookies.

These make very small cookies, but that worked for us since we needed to make enough for one hundred kids to try the cookie. The first time we made these, we overfilled them. The second time the pan accidentally got held up by another pan and the batter slid down from one half of the pan to the other. This cookie pan worked fine for us, once we figured out how to use it. Definitely use a cooking sheet underneath because it is a flimsy cookie pan.

I was disappointed to receive these molds as they were not at all the standard Madeleine size. They are much smaller. I will keep them and use them for wax instead.
