Moon Rabbit Brownie Mix - yield one 9" x 13" pan-We use the same rich 24% Cocoa in our Brownie that makes our Chocolate Cake so wonderful. Make them fudgy or cake like, it’s your choice. Add nuts , chocolate chips or Gluten Free butterscotch chips to make that smile even bigger. Yummy deliciousness at its best.

Best GF Brownie Mix ever!
I first tasted this brownie mix at a Gluten Free Food Fair in Atlanta. I was sold immediately. These brownies taste just like the ones I used to make with flour - only they really are Gluten Free! The chef behind Moon Rabbit is a Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef. When he became Gluten Free, he was determined to make delicious desserts that tasted like "the real thing". He has definitely succeeded. I have tried quite a number of these mixes and like all of them, but the pie crust and the brownies are both truly outstanding. I have served this to wheat-eating friends and they could not tell these were Gluten Free. IMO that's saying something! Be sure to follow the instructions carefully and yes, use your stand mixer. It makes a big difference. Enjoy!

These are incredible. I have eaten a lot of gluten free baked goods and these are way above average. Can't tell they're different. Very rich chocolate with high quality ingredients. I also used kerrygold butter and chocolate chips to make them even more decadent. Make sure you use the right size pan (9x13). These gluten-free brownies taste amazing! Even better than some regular brownie mixes. I am not gluten-free but I bought them because of the lower calorie count and they taste amazing:) I only had half the amount of butter, so I used a few big spoonfuls of honey Greek yogurt instead and it was still perfect!

Love this cake
Love this cake!!!!! Deep chocolate flavor. I use coconut oil instead of cooking oil. Very moist and soft. Everyone loves it and do not believe it is gluten free.

These brownies are amazing -- they don't last like brownies made from a mix, much less like they are gluten free! I have been super impressed with all of the Moon Rabbit mixes that we have tried, and these brownies did not disappoint.
