Liike the concept and not having to buy from Starbucks. Maybe need to cook on low pressure as they got misshapen and will definitely spray with oil first as this batch had some sticking.

Saw a recipe on Pioneer Woman and made egg bites. So easy and it was bomb-diggity!

I’ve made quinoa muffin bites, egg bites, mini cornbread muffins, blueberry cheesecake bites. Sprayed with avocado oil fine mist. Cleanup was very easy. Washed with warm soapy water. No scrubbing necessary.

After seeing a video on egg bites I just had to give it a try.The silicon mold is thick and feels like it will last. Also, it didn't have any smell when I first opened it.I used a 6-qt instant pot and the metal trivet that comes with the pot so no additional sling was needed. I just placed the silicon cover over the mold without pressing it closed. 8 minutes on Low pressure and waited 5 minutes. Easy peasy and no extra water on my eggs. I did try it with and without a spray of oil and the one without oil did not want to come out. The one with oil popped right out.I recall my mom steaming egg type dishes in larger metal pans. We would always have to soak the pans for quite a while before they could be cleaned easily. Silicon is so convenient.Even though the egg was stuck to the silicon for the non-oil test it wiped off easy in some soapy water and I couldn't detect any residual egg smell afterwards.I just saw a video on using this mold to make mini cheese cakes so that will be my next project for this mold.Great addition to the kitchen and a much better price than at the local Walmart.
