An unsealed carton received. The lid of the cream was open & contents spilled out. Total loss!
Unsealed and open carton received.Cream was spilled out in the outer box containing other two products.Serum bottle which is supposed to be sealed in the carton was not found inside.This is the first time I found such irresponsible packing.Amidst this pandemic situation, I can't gather enough courage to use this product.I'm also not certain about the genuinity of this product.Request proper redressal from concerned.Such a loss of money & faith/reputation!
