If you are an adult with tiny hands and a lot of patience, you'll really like these. I'm an adult with large hands and varying degrees of patience. I have gotten other wood puzzles which my 4 yo grandson and I enjoy putting together. He punches out the parts, we discuss how they fit together looking at the picture and I do most of the tight fits. I expected these to be of similar difficulty since it said suitable for 8 year old. Whoa! I've only done the digger so far and it was a doozy! Some of the pieces are itty bitty and you have to be able to squeeze your fingers between already assembled parts to fit in a little bit that also has to slot into a tiny hole. That said, I did manage to rock, squeeze, pinch and push the whole thing together. The end result is a pretty awesome reticulating model. On my own, without expectation of doing something with my grandson, yeah, I'll probably enjoy doing the other three vehicles in the set.

It takes time to put together. The directions are based on picture only and none of the pieces are numbered. Important to only pop out the pieces needed at the moment or else you will lose track of what goes where. After assemble if a child plays w it and pieces fall off keep the directions to figure out where it goes you will not remember. We only put the helicopter together so far. This is more of a display toy rather than play.

These are a Christmas gift for our grandson. They look very sturdy and just what he likes. He loves 3 D puzzles and trucks. He is 8 and they are perfect for his age group

Came sealed feels sturdy. No pictures to show what it is. Most writing in Chinese. Bought as gift not sure 8yo will know what they are so I printed picture from product site to enclose with gift.

Bought for my nephew for Gift. He loves to work with his hands. These will be perfect. Was impressed with the size of them. But couldn’t say how will they build up.

Too difficult for 7 to 9 without parental assistance. Chinese all over the product. Assembly instructions difficult. Too difficult for kids. Not at all what I thought I ordered.

6-year-old who’s a whizz with Legos was challenged by these and thoroughly enjoyed putting them together.

Fun project
