The description of the article on the site seems to imply that the handle enables the dryer to be entirely raised and lowered when in fact all it does is alter the overall height of the dryer.This was purchased because my wife has arthritis in her hands and has difficulty in raising a normal dryer. However this has not solved the problem, in fact this dryer requires quite an effort to raise the arms exactly what we did not want. However this is not apparent until the whole thing is installed.I feel the description of the product requires some rewrite to make operation that much clearer.The dryer itself is well made.

I find it hard to push it up to click into place

It's exactly the same as my old one, same directions, so despite different branding they are made in the same place. Unfortunately nowadays they ALL have plastic hinges, even the expensive ones, and this is where they break, only after a few years. 40 years ago they had metal hinges and would last decades. I would gladly pay a bit extra for metal hinges.

First impression it looks great, easy to use and install. Only slight problem was removing protective plastic from lower main shaft. Lovely and light, half the weight of our old dryer. Watch this space to see how it performs.

Very good, and easy to store when not in use

But of a miss sell here, description gives the impression you simply crank the handle and the arms go up and down, but they don’t.My wife has quite a bit of trouble manually locking the arms in place.Then all the crank does is allow it to spin and raise it up a bit.It’s harder now to use than the old one.Waste of money.
