These are so delicious! Both by themselves and mixed with other things. I’ve repurchased them about three or four times.

Used it in a sandwich for hubby and he said to throw it out. Far too mushy for him. I noticed that it squished out of the sandwich when I cut it. He’s used to a more Italian style spicy eggplant that is firmer. Taste okay.

My new favorite pickled product. I use it on burgers and sandwiches. It has a little heat but not too much. Wonderful.

Welove this pickled eggplant, however, our last orderthey sent Pickled Beets, no way to send it back,had to reorder it, hope they sendthe right stuff.

Product leaked in bubble wrap inside box... Got it all over my hands and floor when I opened the wrap.... Who knew it was dripping liquid? .... My cat got to the floor before I could stop her, licked up some of the liquid and proceeded to throw up an hour later.... Can't return it... Maybe get my $ back? Hope so!!!!?

Paturized ruins it but the taste was good. I got a stomach ache
