Tastes good
Taste is just like normal ginger tea. Go for it.

Taste of tea flavour and less sweet.
It is good. I like tea flavour only not even ginger flavour. In this order by mistake I ordered ginger flavour instead of kadak chai, I would like to suggest that even in kadak flavour there should not be even ginger flavour. I got one extra pouch of saffron flavour which I felt very negative taste and also very much sweet.

Excellent tea but company needs to be consistent in their quality
Absolutely LOVE this particular Lemongrass flavor of this brand and have been buying it since pre lockdown. I've bought crazy about of stock over the last couple of months coz I never wanted to run out however during my last buy I've noticed the consistency changing within each box I found 1 sachet that gave out a very dark almost blackish tea ( the sane happened again in the 2nd box) . And today another box gave me 2 slightly darker teas. I hope that it was just a bad batch n won't be a regular thing coz I have to say the dark tea tasted terrible.Had it been nice I would have gladly accepted n shut up.Will be buying my stock for this month again but if it happens to this lot too I won't be buying again.

Good tea, quality issues for a box
I really like their ginger and masala chai. Of course, one can't compare it to freshly made tea to your taste. I found it a little on the sweet side. However, if you are looking for convenience, traveling etc. this is a really good option.I have made multiple purchases. One box in the last order was not ok. Unfortunately I had not done thorough checks immediately because my past experience was good.The box was covered with dusty particles. It's not the the mixure, this is contaminated substance, buys or something. Even if it was just a leakage issue, it's not acceptable. Looks like a packaging+storage issue. All sachets are like covered with this..so its a waste of one entire box for me.I hope the seller is more careful the quality checks.
