Cost-effective seat cover.
Pros:- It keeps your back and legs cool, especially if you have leather seats- Gives a favorable vintage aesthetic to your car- The cover itself feels very well-made and durable- Well-pricedCons:- Included straps for installation broke after a week- Unappealing smell out-of-box- Too small for most people (I'm 5'8'', medium build, male but doesn't fully cover my behind/back)Final comments:Overall, though this product has some flaws and needs small improvements, it serves its purpose fairly well. I initially purchased this cover because my leather seat covers for my car were emitting too much heat and I wanted to find a solution that would help keep me from getting too sweaty. The beads do a good job in raising my body from the seat and allowing more airflow to cool me down. However, the included installation strings are flimsy and broke after a few days of use. Since then, the seat cover has been just hanging from being wedged in the head rest and it is much more uncomfortable to use. The beads shift around every time you sit on them or when you exit your car and it will also sag after each time you sit so they require constant readjusting. That being said, in order to get the most of this product, I recommend using stronger string to tie it down. I give it 4/5 stars because it's not perfect, but with a little love, it gets the job done -- especially for the price point.

Pleasantly surprised, does what I hoped.
It does exactly what I wanted, keeping me from sticking to the leather seat in my car during hot weather. I have used similar products in the past, and this one seems much better quality (thicker monofiliment string) than I recall. For the price point I'd recommend giving it a try.The overall cushion is plenty long enough to extend from the front of the seat up the back and over, hanging down about six to eight inches in the rear. (I have a 2014 Ford Escape, by the way). It also fit between the posts of my head rest without any special effort needed. I do wish the wide section were longer, as when the lower edge is aligned close to the seat front it only extends a bit more than half-way up the back of the seat before narrowing.I have no problems with the width. It covers the middle line of the seat although it does not extend over the side bolsters, but I don't find that uncomfortable or necessary.I took one star away for the same reason as many other reviewers: The "anchor" strings provided are laughable. I went out and bought some color-matched 550 (para) cord and spent some time adjusting and tying it down properly. It does not slip now, and needs no adjusting when entering the car.Not that I have tested it I will be buying a second for the passenger seat.

Really helps on long drives.
We make a couple 1500 mile trips every year. Usually takes us about 3 days of pretty hard driving to get there, more than 500 miles in a day is normal. Always had trouble getting chaffed and itchy sitting in the car for 12 to 15 hours in a day. This beaded cover gives enough air circulation and massage to keep all the chaffing away. A little tricky to install though. I attached the very top of the narrow part to my headrest posts with small zip ties, this way it covers the whole seat bottom. Then I used the 2 of the nylon strings and attached on the left and right sides of the beaded cover where the seat back meets the bottom cushion. I threaded the end of the strings through some big 1 1/4 inch diameter buttons then pushed the buttons through the crevice where seat back and cushion meet. Once through I turned the buttons 90 degrees to the crevice took up all the slack and simply tied the strings like you would a shoe lace. I didn't secure the front edge of the beaded cover but it has been staying put and giving us the coverage where we need it most. So far this setup has worked quite well. I thought initially I would take them out after our long drive but we like them well enough to just use them full time.

Why didn't I buy this sooner?!
No joke, I love this product. We're in Utah in the summer and 100+ degrees isn't rare. We have a car with no tinted windows and leather seats. As you can imagine getting in after the car has been sitting out all day is an unpleasant experience. A seat cover may have helped, but it doesn't improve air flow, it just provides a less "bad" surface than leather, this product too provides a less bad surface, but on top of that improves airflow. My biggest concern before this arrived was that it looked uncomfortable. My concerns were unfounded, this thing is extremely comfortable to sit on, even for extended periods of time. It is cool even after being in the sun all day, and cool air is somewhat able to flow between you and the seat keeping your shirts from getting sweaty during a hot day drive. This one was correctly sized for the type of car I have. I just flipped it over between the headrest and top of the seat and tied the string onto the headrest support to keep it from moving around. It can shift side to side on the seat, but I haven't found that to be problematic and if I really cared I'd just tie the two other strings provided (I was too lazy).Overall extremely happy, should have purchased it sooner. If I got a new car that this one didn't fit I'd look around for one that did. Even if the new car wasn't leather, I feel like this would improve comfort for medium to long drives regardless.
