Liquid diet
I'm on a liquid diet after having bariatric surgery and this was amazing for that. Gave me something different other than just water.Easy to prepare and lovely flavourI added a lil more than 200ml as liked a weaker flavour as a drink. But absolutely lovely

Beware the packaging
Osem is a great product but when I opened the cardboard box it came in the container was broken and the contents spilled out all over the box, a shame
