I love it! It was so EZ to put on ...
I love it! It was so EZ to put on myself, no special tools necessary. The look is nice and expensive. The water pressure is super strong. Before I put this on, my original faucet was on the normal/weak, so it does help with the pressure, that’s what I wanted to know before I bought this item, so here it is for you guys to know. Hope it helps!

Trashed after 3 years of use.
Started leaking and even a professional plumber could not fix it.No online maintenance guide.No manufacturer's website.The few replacement parts I found online are for other models.Will not buy again.

So far so good... Everyone that comes over comments on it.... I hope the hoses and cartridges last a good amount of time.. Then it would have been worth the price ..

Best value for the money
Good quality, customer support is good if you go through Amazon. I believe these ship out from California. One of my hoses were no good and the whole unit was replaced after first trying to send me a hose that was the wrong fit. Don't try to find a faucet spray hose at the local store, they are metric.

It's not terrible, but just feels a bit fragile
It's not terrible, but just feels a bit fragile. We had a professional doing some other work and he hooked it up, so it's installed correctly in the granite, but has a slight wobble to it even though fully tightened.
