3.5" x 4.5" Exercise Gel Elbow/Knee Pad (Single) - Soften The Hard Spots

Comfortable soft gel pad. About 1/2 inch thick with a nice strong neoprene type covering that looks like it will not puncture or rip easily. Comes with a removable adhesive pad to keep it in place. It also has a rubber non-slip bottom. This small pad is Perfect for resting an elbow or knee. I plan to use mine on the door arm rest in my car. The arm rest is very hard and needs a pad to protect my elbow on long trips. Great item for other ergonomic needs.
