BEYOND BREEZE 9" Twin Window Fan 2-Speed Reversible Airflow Blades, Expandable, Manual Controls (Min. 22.4" Max. 34.3")

This fan is not reversible except in the sense that any fan can be turned one way or the other. I expected a fan that I could switch or one fan for in and one for out. Instead this fan has to be taken out of the window and reinserted the opposite way for in or out. With the fitting and refitting needed it is not satisfactory. I could have done that with any small box fan. Misleading and I won't recommend it even though the blades do go around. Just not reversible like claimed. It clearly says reversible air flow blades! Deceptive and misleading.

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased fan to aid with air circulation. Out of the options available on AMZN, went with this due to the positive reviews. When the item arrived, immediately observed the brand "Beyond Breeze" wasn't marked anywhere on the appliance and it has a light-plastic feel all over. Although it had a generic impression, one reviewer raved about the strong performance so I plugged it up to test. The fan has mode I and mode II. Mode II was not responsive. As a result, I ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived and this time both modes worked. However, a week in, and now this fan is making this horrible sound. Returning.

I live an an NYC prewar building which constantly has the radiators blasting (no control over how much) and I needed something to run continuously to counteract. I specifically chose this model because it did NOT have a thermostat that would mistake the outdoor temperature for what we were actually experiencing. The motor is quiet and we’re feeling relief already. I may be able to put my shorts away for the winter!Edit: about 48 hours after install, the fan blades? began to rattle (not continuous use because of course the weather gets cooler when I buy something to cool off)I’m definitely much cooler, but I’m less excited about this fan.

The media could not be loaded.  Although this double fan is super compact it is also extremely powerful. While it has 2 speed settings which are easily switched between with a light switch like switch really even the lowest setting packs a good speed and cool. It came almost completely preassembled i only had to add the bottom feet and plug it in.

The media could not be loaded.  This is an awesome fan. The installation is super simple and it has built in side covers for the spaces in the window. I bought this for my teenage daughters which for some reason stays so hot and this cools it down perfectly. I love that it has input and output. It brings the cool air in and you can take the hot air air out during the day. Awesome price and value. Very pleased overall. Very sturdy and durable.

This is a very flimsy fan made from a weak type of plastic. Out of the box it did not work as the switch is broken. I cannot recommend this product to anyone. I've never gotten around to returning it or even asking for a return as it is very inexpensive and not even worth the hassle in my opinion.Husband wants to return it and I told him have at it -- I'm not dealing with the hassle of boxing it and driving 40 miles to the nearest UPS to ship it back.Now, I could take a Phillips head screw driver and pull the front cage off the fan, attach the switch inside properly and it may or may not work. If it works great we have a fan. If the fan simply doesn't work at all even with the switch-knob properly placed (instead of flopping around inside the fan loose as it is right now) then my husband can't (eventually) get around to returning it. As it is right now though, it's a piece of junk cluttering my laundry room.

After having it for one month, out of the blue it stopped working. One day, It was running fine after being on all day, I went to turn it off to give it a cool down because I didn't want to burn the motor out or whatever; next thing I turned it back on almost immediately to see how good this fan was. Apparently not good enough !

First. It works quite well. Side accordion attachments don’t operate real smoothly and get bound a bit when extending out. The bottom leg standers appear if placed on won’t easily be removed so when using these for a freestanding unit I chose not to completely slide and lock on as I use the same fan or window insert without standers which would protrude into screens. Otherwise for price I’m happy with a fairly good length of attached power cord, motors are quiet and don’t vibrate at this time (a week old) and works well fir intake or exhaust by flipping entire unit around in window application if desired.
