I've been waiting for a product like this for a long, long time. I often research different recipes before going to the store and either have hand scribbled notes or use epicurious' shopping list. I find myself constantly having to look down and scrolling through my phone or at the notes I've written down. With the GalsShopper, they've made it so easy to shop. First, it was really easy to secure the GalsShopper to the handlebar of the shopping cart. It's easy to take on and off and is secure so the clamping mechanism is solid.I have an iPhone 6 Plus and my husband has a Samsung Galaxy S5 and the Galsshopper works with both phones. It also has a nice clip where we put our notes and coupons. It even has a pen holder for crossing out items one by one.The best part of the experience is that the GalsShopper allows me to keep my head up while shopping. I didn't realize how much of a difference it would make but I can't say enough how much more efficient I am now shopping. I recently bought a cell phone car mount and the experience is similar. By having my shopping list or phone at eye level, I'm able to get in and out of the store more quickly and I feel so much more organized. Thanks GalsShopper for making a product like this.

I bought this when I started with a grocery shopping service 5 months ago and have used it successfully since then. It's easy to mount on and remove from shopping carts and keeps my phone secure - I've never had my phone fall out, even when I was looking at my list on the app and crashed into a column in the middle of an isle in the store (yes, distracted driving can be a thing whilst grocery shopping). I get compliments/comments on the GalsShopper frequently. Fits my iPhone SE beautifully with plenty of room for those bigger models. I did a minor modification on mine by cable tying a carabiner to clip my car keys on so I don't leave my device, phone or car keys on the cart in the parking lot. Very useful product!

Updated:✅Plastic has held up completely fine and is sturdy✅ Used many times and have had no trouble and even had some fun comments on how cool it was (mostly from men)!✅ Much easier to shop bc it makes shopping and scanning hands free!✅ Tightening the screw hasn’t slowed me down or stripped itself.❌ Pens don’t stay well. (Minor inconvenience.)❌ Needs to be bigger to hold a half sheet of letter-sized paper.4/5 for me! Great product!Original:✅ Hooked on fine to grocery cart. Stayed on for the whole trip without problem.✅ Liked being able to “Shop and Scan” hands free at my local store.✅ I will continue using this product.⛔️ Seems like the plastic could easily break if dropped.⛔️ Concerned the screw could possibly get over-tightened. I thought it would be more of an alligator clamp and then have the screw mechanism for security but you have to screw and unscrew the device to use it at all.⛔️ Not as large as I need to hold my own list. The actual clip board in this pic is a 5 x 8. The device cannot hold a half sheet of paper completely. But I can work around that.⛔️ Doesn’t stay/clip closed when not in use. Minor inconvenience.Overall I think I will be happy with my purchase. I’ve only used it once but was pleased with the results despite some minor factors that didn’t meet my “needs”/expectations.

The GalsShopper is perfect for keeping my hands free while reaching for groceries and placing them in the cartSince owning one for the past few weeks and using it multiple times a day EVERYDAY (professional shopper) I’ve found that it has fit all the carts it has been attached to without slipping. *note: The floors at Fresh Market are nice to look at but aren’t smooth. The cart glides like a Little Tikes car across a gravel road and the GalsShopper hangs on like a champ.The arm is flexible/adjustable and doesn’t sit to tall for me...I’m 5.4 except at my local Sam’s Club. They recently got unreasonably tall carts 🛒 . I use the GalsShopper anyway just because it’s comical😆.I get asked at least 4 times day about it and the ones that don’t ask are doing double takes.There are a couple of things that can be improved one being the pen/pencil holder but it’s not a deal breaker.Best purchase of the year!

For some reason, I expected this to be made of metal. It is not. The pink part is plastic; the phone holder is a spring-loaded plastic slide. Not the easiest to take the phone in and out for use. At the grocery store I shop at, I can scan and bag my order as I go through the store. I thought I would be able to leave the phone in the holder and scan items, but it's very awkward to do this, especially with bulky items. I have a necklace with a tether for my phone, so I just went back to using that. It's nice to hold my list, but it doesn't always stay in position. I use the Amigo carts in the store, and the clamp doesn't always work well with these carts' handles. I try to clamp it to the basket, but the wire is too thin and it won't stay in place.It would be nice if the item folded flat to put in a purse or bag. As it is, unless you are carrying something the size of a tote, it's not easy to pack away for use. You also have to be careful that you don't lose the handle and washer for the stand. I've hard cart handles so thick that I've had to open the clamp all the way to put in on the handle. I would not recommend this unit for purchase.
