An utter piece of crap. It is made of latex not as stated in the description. The "noble cuff" is not aluminum as stated, but plastic and doesn't lock, only friction sort of keeps it in place . The chord is thicker but not as long one shown. It is not even the same "brand" as advertised. I could go to Home Depot or Michaels Craft store and for $1.59 put together a better one. This is a total misrepresentation
