Bandai Hobby BAN203219 Star Wars First Order Special Forces Tie Fighter, 1/72 Scale

This is an awesome kit, very detailed and cleanly molded for easy assembly. There are two versions of this kit, and this is the movie accurate one. There are two figures—a pilot and a gunner—and a detailed cockpit for both of them. (Actually, there are four: a seated and a standing version of each.) The red is molded, so it looks great even without paint.

This is a quality Star Wars model kit made in Japan by Bandai. The runners are already molded in the color that's intended to be. Painting is not necessary but can be done to add weathering or battle damage. This special forces edition of the Tie fighter is different from the normal Tie fighter in several different variations. There are two pilot in the cockpit facing forward and back. The coupling to the "H" wings appear to be reinforced with heavy duty cylindrical mechanism. There is a bottom turret that the pilot sitting in the back can aim at pursuing X wings or whichever space craft that is the enemy of the first order. And don't forget the red accent trim on the left side of the dome indicating itself being a special forces unit. All in all I enjoyed putting together this quality model kit.

Bandai delivers once again. Great kit that’s fun and easy to build. No glue required, however I needed glue to fix a small part I broke, but that’s it. It’s not as fun as the original tie fighters in my opinion, but still a lot of fun. If you love Star Wars models, definitely add this to your collection.

Low quality, instructions in Chinese, small parts that break very easily. It was nearly impossible to separate the parts from the mold frame without breaking them. The wings were almost completely destroyed. Do not recommend.

Bandai is always right.All time, they are perfect shape, after making the product.Only this time the plastic is little weaker than I thought.

Don't get me wrong, its really nice and looks well, however it arrives without English instructions which can might make it a bit difficult if the pictures are not enough for you. Also the the plastic can break easily when you try to remove it from the holder things or just in general (it is not that steady).as for the size, its fine if you are looking for a tie fighter that is not big, so its nice, wait for a discount or something.

Bandai is probably the best when it comes to Star Wars ships and this is no exception.The build is the easiest I've done, and there are very few decals if those intimidate you. Painting should be easy if you have even a cheap airbrush because the colors are pretty solid. Just have to paint as you build, but that's not too hard to figure out.

Die Steckbausätze von Bandai sind einfach nur ein Traum! Klebstoff wird nicht benötigt! Die Aufkleber oder Decals sind teilweiße so klein das das bekleben damit schwierig ist! Trotzdem eine super Sache! gerne wieder
