Love it great product!
Haven’t been PIC yet, I will update review when I do.With that said, first impression is well made, sturdy, practical and functional. If your looking and ran into this one, just get it.Love the fact I can remove the clipboard area, since it uses a rugged zipper. My 10.5 iPad Pro fits good, hard to access volume or power button, and impera full view on the corners. Get a bit on the way when using ForeFlight. I think I’ll end up using vuelvo to avoid the corners. The “cell phone pocket” I ended up using for a battery pack- works great. Wish pen holders were horizontal so I could just leave them there, so I used the pocket to store pens/pencils. For my Apple Pencil I’m attaching a pen holder to the iPad so I could leave it there at all times and have easy access. The foam chalks are great, comfy and practical. All in all, a great product.

Product is as advertised
It’s a solid product, perhaps a bit bulky for piper cockpit, but good none the less

Very wide
My really old kneeboard finally gave up the ghost. Although I have tried iPad versions of kneeboards, what I really wanted was a place to write on letter sized paper folded in half.I have bought several kneeboards since, looking for a Goldilocks combination that does not seem to exist. One problem, shared by all of them I have tried is: How do you "close" it so that you can put it in your flight bag without messing with the papers on the kneeboard? Not to mention that when you put the flaps under the kneeboard all the stuff in the right slot pocket falls out, and the whole thing is a few inches thick. The problem with this particular kneeboard is that it is really wide. Too wide for my thigh, which few have called scrawny. But I would need to be an Olympic weightlifter for this to fit on my leg. When I would write on the clipboard pages, it would rotate to the side, no matter how tight I made the strap. In the end, it was just too hard to use, and so I returned it.

Not as advertised
Item not as described. No corner elastic bands to insert an ipad like advertised.Only way to use an ipad with this kneepad is to put some velcro on the back of your ipad or ipad cover... Description cleary says its made to use with an electronic tablet..
