High quality batteries .... truly outstanding US customer support ... and a HUGE tip on ordering
I've bought several of the Might Max batteries over the past few years. They've been used in everything from kid's ride on tractors to alarms to UPS devices. Actually bought this one as a replacement in an APC BE550G.Most people check the length, width, and height of the battery before they order it. But you also have to PAY ATTENTION TO THE TERMINAL SIZE !! The APC BE550G is a perfect example of why that is true.Apparently APC, in its infinite wisdom, produced different versions of the BE550G. Some came with connectors for F1 terminals on the battery and others came with connectors for F2 terminals on the battery. An F1 terminal is 3/16" wide while the larger F2 terminal is 1/4" wide. They are NOT interchangeable. I made that mistake and learned the hard way. If your UPS has F2 connectors, they will NOT correctly attach to a battery with F1 terminals and vice versa. The terminals on the UPS and the battery must MATCH. Might Max is very good about telling you which size is on every battery they sell. Some reviewers have blamed Mighty Max for the fact that the battery they ordered was not identical to the original APC battery. Do NOT blame Might Max, the problem was created by APC. To make matters worse, Amazon does not accept returns on batteries if you discover that the battery you ordered has the wrong terminals. But all is not lost. Might Max is a rare company in the Amazon world. They have a New York based customer service center that actually answers the phone and is ready to help you solve any problems you run into. In my case, they offered to send me two tiny little F1 to F2 adapters for free. Seriously, what other company would ever do something like that for you? They send them by US mail so it takes about 10 days for the terminals to arrive, but hey ... they're doing you a HUGE favor here. One the adapters arrived, they fit perfectly, the battery dropped right into place, and worked like a charm. So, don't hesitate to use Might Max batteries, they're top quality. And please do yourself and Mighty Max a big favor by double checking the size of terminals/connectors you need ... smaller F1 or larger F2 ... BEFORE YOU ORDER. Just because Mighty Max will help you get out of a jam ... let's not abuse their good nature.

Always the BEST choice (for me).
I have been using Mighty Max replacement batteries for many many years since first discovering them. Both for my businesses and personal use. And that would be for a variety of sizes of UPS backup units that I utilize. They are the most reliable, long lasting, and efficient batteries I have found. Add to that, the pricing is most reasonable which allows me to utilize UPS backups on all of my electronic equipment that includes computers, cell phones, radios, TV's, DVR's, DVD players, Component sound systems, Security alarm systems, and timer controlled lighting fixtures. Better than buying more expensive replacement batteries from other manufacturers when having so many varied uses for UPS backup protection. And, their shipping has always been very reliable and timely.Thank you, Mighty Max Batteries. We (" I ") love you! Keep up the good work.

Works just fine - get the correct battery!
I see a few reviews where the batteries don't fit - this is usually caused by ordering the incorrect battery for a specific UPS.This is my 3rd purchase of batteries by this company. I mark them when they are received, when they are installed and when they fail!So far each of the 3 has lasted 3+ years (3 years and 2 months). For the price of $20, that's around $7 per year. I can deal with that!Good battery and works well and as intended, just make sure you are ordering the correct battery for your UPS.

Brought My UPS Back to Life!
This Mighty Max ML7-12 battery was exactly what I needed! My APC Back-UPS BE550G was completely dead, and I wasn't sure if a simple battery swap would fix it. Installation was straightforward, and as soon as I powered it back on, the UPS came back to life. It's been working reliably since. This battery works sufficiently and perfectly restored my UPS function. Highly recommended if you need a replacement for this model!

Great replacement batteries.
Great replacement batteries. Have UPS's in 5 rooms and when the batteries die, these are my go to. Have yet to have any problems with fit or how they work.

Gone Too Soon
Purchased this battery on October 2, 2023 and it died last night, right before I was to give an online presentation, April 15, 2025. I expected it to last longer. I wish there was a way to tell when the battery is getting low so I can replace it in time to prevent it dying when I need it most.

Good shipping, good price
I was glad to find these available. I had thought I was going to have to throw away my battery backup. The only problem I had was getting the wire attached on one side, it was so short it was hard to get it in, but that wasn't the battery's fault.
