Since the lock down of Covid-19, I need to attend video and audio calls very often at home. I therefore consider buying an external one for such a needs. I am pleased with this product for its sound quality and sensitivity. It can pick up the sound from all around with a big rage of distances. It is a good buy indeed. I like this product.

Firstly I bought this for my office. So with the conference calls becoming second nature the quality needed to be assured.I have seen others costing similar or a lot more and have this a punt. It looked like it was meant to be in the middle of a conference table.Out of the box it looks really nice, I really loved the look and the feel it has a real quality to it.The box has the usual jargon but it was simple to set up. Literally plug and play.Just need to change input to this microphone.The sound quality has gone up and now I can walk around the room and talk with out sound being distorted.The carry case is useful as it means I can pack everything away when needed.The thing ways a fair bit.The whole thing is great. I think the wife could have been longer as this would have been good for when we have others in the same room.Overall perfect for conference calls the sound is good and you can move around and groups calls are clear.

The disc-shaped microphone looks great and has a good weight, so it doesn't move around the desk easily. There's a very bold, obvious power switch - but it's actually a 'mute' switch - on the top panel which is touch sensitive, and it illuminates blue when active.There's no monitoring (it's a conference microphone so that would be weird, but note that it is a conference microphone - not a conference 'handset' - despite the big grilles, there are no speakers here) and there's no hardware level control.It works on Windows without requiring a driver to be installed, meaning if your computer IT policy demands Administrator access to use hardware you won't need to bother support, it works on Mac in the same way, and is compatible with iPhone and iPad with an OTG USB adaptors as well - when used with an IPhone 11, it does not require more power than the adaptor can provide, either, so it's fantastic for podcasting from your iPhone. Sound quality in that use is excellent too - I've found it really handy for quickly sharing music 'performances' via the iPhone just recording the output from my amp and instruments with room ambience intact.Mostly I've been using it for Teams calls and podcasting recording for eight months, and generally the sound quality is good, but you can get better microphones for voice calls if it's just you. Where it shines is when you have a group of people talking and want to get their speech, but still avoid too much background noise. It's great for that - and as mentioned above it's a really nice microphone for static location recording on iPhone. Relatively low background noise and good range and sensitivity make it particularly appealing here.You can take it on location easily - it comes with a small pouch and weighs about 350g - and the cable is detachable to avoid stress. It's a braided USB lead, but ends in a mini-XLR style jack including a locking button, which looks neat and makes a much better, more secure connection with greater resilience than if it had a micro USB or similar port.Well made and effective, if you need a desktop microphone for work or family chats over Teams or Zoom then this is excellent; compact, affordable and solidly built with a wide range of devices supported.

When I plugged this in to one laptop it wouldnt even detect it. I tried a second laptop (both with USB3 ports) and an error came up 'a usb device has malfunctioned and exceeded the power limits of its hub port'The box is black with grey writing, almost impossible to read, from a few metres away I couldnt even see there was wiritng on it. The instuctions were one sheet of A4, with chinese writing on one side and English on the other. The english side had very basci instcutions and included screenshots with chinese text, so impossible to follow.Do not recommend.

Very disappointed with this. Actually finally managed to return and spent more money to get something fit for purpose

The media could not be loaded. First thoughts:The first thing I noticed was this has weight to it, it’s metal, looks and feels like a quality construction.The audio pickup on this mic is what really made me pay attention. Even at low volumes it picks up your voice so it was effortless to use.Detail and things to note (See pictures and video):Great sound suppression of ambient noise.Consistent and stable voice pickup from all directions.Inbuilt amplification (you really don’t have to raise your voice at all, in fact you may have to turn the mic down if you generally speak quite loud).The design is simple but stylish so it doesn’t look out of place on a desk or dining table.Touch panel activation and deactivation.Final thoughts:I’m using this daily and think it’s great for reliable, quality and amplified voice recording and communication. Great for chatting to family and friends or creating reviews/demos while moving around. I’m very impressed with this.

Il microfono e molto sensibile, la voce risulta chiara anche a metri di distanza, ottimo per conferenze e dettatura.Bello anche esteticamente ,dal vivo risulta molto più robusto e qualitivamente costruito rispetto a quello che può sembrare in foto.

El producto está usado, rallado por debajo y la pantalla desgastada... es una verdadera vergüenza pagar por algo nuevo y que te envíen un producto usado.

Estetica bella, non ci sono pulsanti tranne quello di accensione. Ho dato solo una stella perché chi mi ascolta mi dice che riproduce una voce metallica. Sono un po’ deluso.

Unless you are holding it right in front of your face, it does not pick up any audio. Got it for a conference mic to set in the middle of a table for three or four for Zoom meetings. Failure.

Ho comprato questo prodotto per una conferenza. Eravamo in 5 intorno al tavolo e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di microfono. Ottimo prodotto, anche esteticamente.
