The carrier is as advertised. My chihuahua (on bigger end of size spectrum) fits well in it and can turn around and stand up. He did well on our practice uses of it around town on errands. He spent a lot of time looking out the mesh areas making sure he could see me. I learned to put him in backside first which decreased his anxiety when he was put in it; he is never crated so it caused some anxiety when we tried to put him in head first. I wish the bottom had a sturdier liner as it folds up when he's carried using the shoulder strap. Unfortunately, we were unable to take our airline trip as flights were disrupted for days all over the USA related to winter weather problems. But the top can easily be pushed down to make it meet airline height requirements for in cabin, undersea flying.

The bottom cover is thin and cheap. The pocket has very little room. Does not sit well. The arched top I found is bad. The space inder the sear in the plane was waisted. If the top was squared off the pet would have more room to move. The is only one way to get the pet in. I recommend an open top. My money was refunded. I believe I deserved it. Poor Molly was miserable but still a good little traveler. She deserved better.

This is a well put together carrier, far better than I expected for the cost. I recieved if on time in about 2 days. I am very pleased with this product. It is also approved by the airlines. It fits nearly under the seat. .

No support up top, it kept flopping down on top of the dog. But it did fit under the seat and do its job of holding our pup.

I just used this today for the first time. It is pretty well made with the exception that it doesn't really stay upright to well. If my little dog (6.6lbs) lays down the carrier folds over him. Needs to be a little more rigid.
