Not good for wood carving. Very hard wood

Bought these to use as lightweight furniture risers. They do the job. The cubes are size matched to with an mm or so, and this is good enough to not cause wobbles. They are unpolished, but I found a simple recipe on YouTube using olive oil, vinegar (2 parts each) and lemon juice (1 part). The cubes have taken on a nice shade. Hopefully the polish won't degrade.

Dimensions are not equal of all the cubes.
