Works great, once you get the wires in
Ok, the camera has great picture quality and mounts direct to the spare tire bracket. Now for the fun part...I'm connecting this to an after market radio with automatic switching in reverse. If your doing a radio install at the same time like I have this may help. First install radio and then plug in the camera wire to the appropriate plug on the radio. Next feed the wire down the left side of the glove box, you can now run the wire under the shift console and out to the back. (2 dr no back seat)Run the wire under the carpet to the back corner and under the plastic valance and around to where the other wires are going to the tail gate. You can pry the plastic away from the body. Take off the tail light for your reverse bulb white is hot and common is black. Inside the hole there is a gromet with a wire, poke a hole in it and push the power wires through. Hook to the corresponding wires. Take off the plastic strip on the back of the tail gate, pull from the bottom. Take out the spare gromet from the front. There is an extra hole on the inside feed your wire from the back you should be able to see them and grab them with a pair of needle nose. Cut the gromet from the center to the outer edge place wires in and replace. Now the only hot wire I used was the one at the reverse bulb. I used push nuts to secure the çamera so it wouldn't fall off with space removed. Not a simple task to hook up but works great and worth the effort.

Took a little work to get it working, but once that was done, works great.
Works well as advertised, I would recommend!

Non-functioning unit. Other issues as well
At this point I have to rate the product as 1 star since 0 is not an option.I have no way to contact the seller/manufacturer for resolution either.Reprogramming the factory radio was the easiest part of the install and I know that portion works.First, there are not very clear directions, not that there is really a lot of directions needed but I expected something more than what is about a matchbox cover size of directions.Secondly, the cables from the camera itself to the first possible junction are entirely too short. Needs at a minimum another 4-6 inches to be practical. Finally the unit does not work. Power to the camera has been confirmed, cable to the radio has no visible breaks nor is in any possible position to be broken.Screen on factory unit changes when shifting to Reverse but no image appears. If the seller would like to contact me to troubleshoot and confirm if it is a bad unit or not, I will be happy to update review with resolution.

Does the job
Really easy to install. Camera is pretty clear. White balance is a little off and camera is a little too zoomed in but it does the job and for a decent price.

Everyone is right about the wiring...
I bought this, and then about a week later, the price dropped. I contacted the seller, and instead of returning it same day and getting a lesser price, the seller agreed to refund the difference. I think the seller is also unfortunately, in deep competition with other sellers that have the same product. I agreed when talking, to give a review, when requesting the difference. The seller seems to be a little pushy, so I'm leaving this review because of it. First and foremost, I need to tell you that you need to at the very least if you decide to purchase this, get what are called push nuts. These can be purchased at Napa (all the other automotive stores will only sell them in a multi-pack, and in that pack you'll only get two) stores across the country. You'll get more than you need, but for six bucks, you'll have enough, in case you screw up. The push nuts are the "washers" that actually hold the mounting bracket against the spare tire carrier. Without those, you're going to have a problem holding the bracket on, unless you decide to constantly keep the spare tire on. Sometimes, that's not desirable. The push nuts require a little bit of force to put onto the bolts on the spare tire carrier. If you can get them on just enough where they can pick up a thread or two, then you can take the lug nuts, and use the lug nuts help thread the push nuts the rest of the way, thus securing the bracket that holds the camera. What's really bothersome to me, is that you would think the seller or any of the other sellers for that matter, would at least be able to put in three of these with every purchase. They literally cost pennies on the dollar, especially if you're buying a package like from Napa where you get 50 for roughly $6. Secondly, for some more bad news - the wiring is definitely cheap. I'm a little bit hesitant about how long this is actually going to go ahead and last. Not to mention, I don't know how well it's going to hold up in northeastern Ohio weather. I truly believe that there could have been a little bit more effort into creating a better quality product, in addition to also creating longer cords in general, especially from the camera itself, to the connecting cable that powers it. In addition, the gauge of the wiring seems relatively thin. Overall, the camera works as intended, and I am currently using it on an aftermarket Pioneer stereo that's mounted into the dash of my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. If you don't know already, you'll also need to make sure that you have wiring setup to the emergency brake, with your stereo, if you want the backup camera to work like it's supposed to. Some people don't know this, and I think actually give the camera a bad rap, especially if they're stereo isn't installed properly. the connection to the emergency brake actually throws a signal to the aftermarket stereo, which gives it permission to access the camera. You can circumvent this process, but that's a whole other story. Back to the camera itself, again the picture quality is pretty darn good, especially during daylight hours, as you can see in the full color spectrum from the camera. At night, it seems to do pretty well, but I've also invested into getting some pretty decent LED lights for the rear of the jeep. So when I throw it in reverse, it lights up a lot of things. Your mileage may vary. Initially, when I first installed the camera, very quickly, the screen seemed a little fuzzy in getting adjusted to the camera itself. To me it was more like a voltage issue. I actually have the camera hooked up to the cigarette lighter on the dash for a power source. The power isn't constant, and only comes on when the key is turned over. Since the first couple of uses however I don't see that quick glitch as it were.

Good quality camera.
The camera is nice. Additional wiring needed to wire camera to taillight. The wiring to the radio is sufficient for a 2 door model. There is no extra wiring or lots of slack though.Picture quality is better than some camera priced 4 x more

Works but wiring cables can be better
Camera works fine, the only issue the electrical connection cord was too short and had to extend it to make it to the reverse wires.
