Dragon Touch 9.7'' Quad Core Android 3G Tablet PC, 1GB Ram 16GB Nand Flash, Bluetooth, GPS, Unlocked GSM, w/ Sim Card Slot

This was the second tablet ordered, the first was bad out of the box, and this one would not connect to WiFi.I wouldn't waste time and money on this tablet!Further, "Customer Service" is virtually non-existent. I had to call in multiple times, as the system would play a message and effectively hang up if you waited on hold for four minutes. After reaching them, I found that the only thing they know how to do is to have you reset the tablet to the original factory settings, and when that doesn't work, tell you to contact amazon for e refund.

Absolutely disappointed. Please do not get your hopes high on this product or the manufacturer . My first one was a 7 inch by Dragon Touch and yes the first 4 months I was impressed and felt I had found the affordable phablet with great performance and it suddenly would not charge anymore. So when I flew back to the states I logged onto Amazon anxious to receive another one wanting to believe it was just a stroke of bad luck with my first one..Needless to say I received this above product not once but twice and had to send both back, neither one would even power on. I will never waste my time again and advise everyone against purchasing anything Dragon Touch.

I wish I could leave a true review. I received my tablet last night but it won't charge and it won't turn on. I could hardly wait to get home to try it out last night and was really disappointed when it wouldn't do anything. I'm returning it, and I'm trying to decide if I should buy this one again or try something different.

I bought this for my wife, I dont know what it is with my luck in ordering stuff online, but this did not work. Blank black screen when attempting to charge and power on. I sent it back got a second one for my wife, worked for 2 days with horrible battery life (about 1 1/2 hours) and then became un responsive as well. The device wouldn't power on, would not charge. Finally ordered one last one (dragon touch is suppose to be an alright brand, not Ipad, but okay) again did not charge, did not power on. I am really bummed this product did not work out.

This tablet doesn't function so instead of you buying this tablet buy a poultry products Eg. egg with your money. This is the seventh times I have return this tablet to Amazon for refund for malfunction.It's a very very bad product. The tablet cannot be turn on, cannot be charged

I bought two of these tablets, one would not even turn on so I had to return it. I hope the other one holds up but I will not hesitate to send it back if the other one turns defective. I am still looking for a tablet that can run on GSM

No amount of charging would awaken its cold dead hardware.I had ordered the same model last year for a friend and fell inlove with it. Tried to buy one for myself but this tablet would not turn on. I am disappointed.

This is the second tablet I purchased and it would not power up either time. I charged it the first time for 12 hours and it still would not power up. The second tablet I charged again another few hours and would not turn. What is with these?

Piece of junk. Got the for few days nowTablet won't on again. I' m so dissappointed with it.. picture quality not good either. I will only rate it a one because there no zero.

bought two, returned both. One never worked and the second stopped working a week later.

This tablet is crispy clear and looks like an ipad. together with the case it is my kind of ipad and cheap in price. Get yours and you regret it.

i cant even turn my tablet on

This item kis broken. I doesn't operate at all I have had it fewer than 2 months. I will never purchase another product from ths trashy company.
