Used for bird feeders
As most bird lovers know,-today's feeders let unwanted species in, like Magpies & starlings etc. I wrap some of this wire around feeders, tie it on with wire, cut holes out here & there to let the little birds in. This works a treat. The makers don't make these feeders wide enough, so I have to resort to upgrading these feeders.

Good width for cutting to fit over small soft fruit bushes
Although it is very long, the width of this net makes it a good choice for covering small soft fruit bushes bearing in mind that 1. you will have to cut it off at the bottom, and 2. the material is extremely difficult to cut. Still, if you only have a few soft fruit bushes to cover against avian predation, this netting provides goodly amount of material for make it yourself nets.

Just what I wanted for covering a small garden pond for falling leaf protection. A little fiddly to unravel and stretch over, but has done the job and secured easily with tent pegs. Left a small area uncovered for wildlife.

Ich habe dieses Netz für meinen Teich gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden.Die Maschen sind groß genug, damit das Futter auch durchfällt und es wirkt fast wie unsichtbar.Hab lange nach dem perfekten Netz gesucht, nun hab ich es.
