A good value cover for occasional use
This cover is to replace a Nelson-Rigg cover that appears to be exactly the same construction and material. The Nelson-Rigg cover had rips in it after two nights camping. It was completely water-proof (minus the holes) and fit the bike well, just like this CoverMax does. It just didn't hold up and, I'm afraid, neither will this CoverMax. But, time will tell. The material is sort of a reinforced plastic or material painted with silver paint. It is waterproof and is well designed. If fits over my tall windshield and around the aluminum panniers of my F800GS. The two elastic stirrups are well placed to fit around my footpegs and the shock cord skirt does a good job of being flexible enough to stretch over the bike while staying on well. The instructions state clearly that it is not heat resistant. The included stuff sack easily contains the cover, though I wish it was a little smaller. As an occasional cover while traveling, this will do the job. You may want to pack some duct tape for the eventual rips, but otherwise, it's good for that purpose.FYI. The alternative I was considering is a cover from E-Z Touring. Their half cover is made from ripstop nylon triple coated for water resistance and also treated to be heat resistant. The E-Z Touring also packs down much smaller. The only reason I did not buy that cover is that it costs 3X as much as the CoverMax/Nelson-Rigg covers. If you are looking for a long term regular use cover, I'd suggest checking their site.I am hoping that I'm wrong about the CoverMax's durability and will update this review after I've road-tested it on a trip this summer. The bottom line is that it's a cover that comes with a stuff sack that costs about $30. What you get is a cover with a stuff sack that looks and functions like it should cost about $30. So, with that said, I have nothing to complain about.

It's got me covered!
I initially purchased a size Large for my 2004 Honda VFR but it did not fit due to my factory side cases. The XL fits perfectly and is exactly the solution I needed. Three prior covers reached the ground and offered more protection...but the feral cats in the neighborhood LOVED to hide under and more problematically ON the bike in the nice little tent it created. The CoverMax cover fits snugly (doesn't billow or flap around) and while I have to sacrifice coverage on the lower part of the bike it's also not subject to getting peed on (ick!) by those wild kitties. So far (a week in) I'm very happy with this purchase and the overall quality/fit.

Quality half cover with nice features
The Large cover fit my Gen-1 (2003) Yamaha FZ1 very well. I really like the flexibility of the shorter cover for short-term protection (i.e., when I use the bike to commute to work). This means no hassles with a larger cover, and no worries with waiting for the exhaust pipe to cool enough that you don't melt the larger cover, etc. The base of the cover has an elastic cord in the edge, so it fits to the bike nicely. I simply rely on this elastic under the tail and the front fairing, then loop the attached straps around each foot peg, and it's very secure. It's still quite new, so I cannot vouch for the long-term durability, but the seam quality and construction appear to be very good. A small bag is included, and it's easy to re-fold the cover and fit it back into this bag. Very nice cover at a very competitive price.

Great value
This is my third Covermax half cover I’ve been very happy with these. This newest cover is a XL which easily covers my BMW R1100S which has the large System Cases mounted. I will continue to buy these covers unless something about the cover changes, as was the case with Nelson Riggs half covers I previously used. They went to a cheaper material that didn’t block the sun out. Also this seller was super fast with the shipping.

Perfect fit for my Harley Davidson Streetglide.
Although it does not say it in the description this fits my 2010 HD Streetglide perfectly. It comes in a small nylon pouch. I don't even have to fold it up. You can ball it up and shove it right back in the pouch when you are done with it. It easily fits in the saddlebags so I can take it with me anywhere. When it is really hot out or going to rain I put this on the bike. It keeps the hot sun off the seat and the handlebars. It takes about 20 seconds to throw it on the bike. It is elastic around the entire cover so it can be placed exactly where you want it. It is a half cover just like it says so it doesn't go down around the front tire and you have the option of it going down to the muffler because of the elastic. Depends on if the bike is hot or not. If the bike is still hot from riding you put the back side down over the saddlebags and leave it off the muffler. The cover does not go tight around the engine so you can put it on when the engine is hot. If the bike is cool then you can cover the entire back end. It comes with built-in velcro straps that are long enough to wrap around the saddlebag supports. No metal anywhere on the cover so no accidental scratches. This cover is great. I highly recommend it if you are driving a cruiser and want something to keep in the saddlebags that can cover your bike.

Great cover
Great cover, first one lasted about 4 years with almost daily use. I tried another brand that only lasted 6 month. This new cover feels even better than the previous CoverMax cover that lasted 4 years. Thicker reflective coating. Highly recommend for a light weight, compact sun cover.

Fits BMW K1200LT
In spite of it saying it doesn't fit my motorcycle, a 2006 BMW K1200LT, it does. It has been doing a great job. This will be my fourth purchase, but not because product failed. They have been stolen(about one a year)😠. This last time I even had a grommet placed so I could lock it to my saddlebag handle. But, this morning I came to the bike and only lock and grommet were there. Fortunately, the bike is ok.
