Logitech Zone Wireless Certified for Microsoft Teams Bluetooth Headset

These are perfect for virtual meetings no longer than 1-2 hours. I really like the mute off/on feature using the microphone boom with a pleasant voice to inform you of your mute status. Buttons are conveniently located for toggling power, active noise cancelling, and volume. There is a button for answering a phone call but I do not use this feature so cannot comment. I just received them yesterday so, in fairness, have minimal experience with them but in the 1 to 2 hours I spend with them, I noticed my ears seemed a little warm which causes concern as to whether these could be worn, comfortable, for a 6-8 hour work day. Other than the longer usage comfort concern I think this is a fantastic headset and was really impressed with the audio quality. This headset is great for every day usage for virtual meetings and has a sturdy feel so I am hoping it will stand the test of time.

For me this is a great set of headphones for the cost. I love that it's wireless and TEAMs compatible so that I can quickly get on and off a TEAMs meeting. It's easy to go on mute - simply raise the mic up and you'll hear a "Mic off"; lower it and you'll hear "Mic on". Pairing with Bluetooth was easy and I like that I can use my phone to customize the sound quality of the headphones. It's great that it's wireless and folds up for easy storage. My favorite way to recharge is using the Qi charger - simply place it on charger. No need to connect the USB although it's included in the box as an option. I've used the headset all day for meetings - so it's mostly comfortable; definitely no problem for an hour long meeting but longer than that and I'll on speaker to refresh my ears.

Lots to love about this headset. The qi charging feature is surprisingly handy — especially if like me you have a wireless charger built into your desk (Costco standing desk). Lifting the headset from the wireless charger turns it on and it quickly connects. The bi-directional mic boom is nice as well. The mic sounds good and the sound quality is good as well. I knocked it a star because of the on ear design. I generally am not against on ear, however for long wear periods I find it quite a bit more uncomfortable. This is coming from a pilot who wears aviation headsets for many hours at a time. Similarly, the ANC feature tends to be kind of useless when the cup doesn’t block any sound on its own (as is the case with on ear designs). I can hardly tell the difference between ANC on or ANC off, as opposed to earbuds or over ears where difference is night and day. So, final remarks — for taking the occasional meeting, these are great. If your job requires extended wear or noisy areas however, I’d suggest another pair.

Great headset,comfortable and easy to use. Has great battery life

This head set never really worked well and after a year doesn't work al all. I'm sure if I try to get a refund I would be denied I paid $160 for these only lasted a year.

I use this headset on a daily basis. The sound is excellent and when not on a call, I enjoy listening to music. I really like the mute function when the mic boom is raised up. The ear pads are soft and comfortable on the ears. The headset will also announce the estimated time left on the battery when powered on. These will last all day and use a standard USB-C power cord for charging. Overall a great product.

Already my third device and all were not lasting longer than 1,5 years. The cable connections in the headset seem to wear out pretty quick. On my last device I started hearing crackling sounds and some noise and then the microphone stopped working. This seems to be a hardware failure. I wanted to have an replaced because it was still under warranty, but this was kind of a challenge with the Logitech support. The second device had another but similar connection issue: the left speaker was randomly switching on and off. Another hardware failure after around 1 year… The first device had a connection issue with the dongle and was loosing and reconnecting very often, even when I was not moving and sitting directly in front of the dongle after around 6 months. When the headset does work, it is really great, but the hardware has sadly some serious quality issues…

Headset is pretty comfortable. I don’t wear it for hours at a time, usually 20-40 minutes around 3-5 times a day. It is not compatible with the universal dongle but that isn’t a big issue for me. Teams recognizes it quickly. I am not able to get it to work with a KVM switch. The mic doesn’t work with the KVM but I am able to hear the computer sounds.

Yah, it's a bit expensive, but you won't regret it. In particular if you work from home. I have it tied into my computer and my cell phone, so whichever one I need to use it is connected to. A bit annoying when you are in a Teams meeting and you get a call, but easy to dismiss. I had problems consistently using Bluetooth with both my computer and cell, so I plug the dongle in my computer and Bluetooth to my cell an it works perfectly. If I get a call and it's off, I turn it on, it connects to both, and whichever one is ringing automatically answers. Exactly what I needed. I've used for 3 months now and would never go back again. Hope it lasts for years to come.

O fone é confortável e possibilita utilização por longos períodos, com ótima qualidade de voz e supressão de ruído. Compatível com o TEAMS, possibilitando habilitar e desabilitar o “MUTE” sem necessidade de interação via software. A bateria do fone suporta a utilização constante, com durabilidade de 14 até 16 horas constantes. Outro ponto que surpreendeu foi o range de funcionamento do fone via bluetooth, possibilitando o deslocamento sem a necessidade de deslocar o laptop de quase 20 ou 30 metros. Estou satisfeito com a compra e superou a expectativa.

Je me cherchais un casque confortable, compatible avec mes outils de travail, ce qui fonctionne à merveille. Le son est parfait, la distance à laquelle je peux m'éloigner est plus que convenable et le bruit ambiant est suffisamment coupé lorsqu'on l'utilise pour ne pas déranger avec le bruit de fond lors des discussions avec autrui. Je le recommande!

Aunque pensé que era exageración de Logitech, la verdad es que estos audífonos han resultado buenísimos en comodidad, calidad de audio e integración. Con el Teams en una Mac con Catalina y accediendo a un entorno remoto en Citrix (otro Teams con Windows) funcionan muy bien con. su dongle de 2.4GHz, dejando el Bluetooth disponible para su uso con el iPhone. Con el Teams efectivamente permite llevar una conversación entre dispositivos sin problema. La carga por inducción es rápida. La cancelación de ruido es buena.
