Bought this because ether angle where the back of my knees land on my work chair gives me fluid retention and swells up my ankles and gives me a numb leg. This has helped 💯%. I can paddle it back and forth to exercise my legs it holds my knees up so they don't rub against the chair anymore. So happy I found this one at a good price on Amazon!

I have a unique user case where I'm a transcriptionist and need something that has a fixed height setting, and something that won't allow my transcription foot pedal to slide off. Unfortunately, this product doesn't have these attributes.I had hoped that the described flexibility of the foot rest was "optional" in that I could lock it in place and then unlock it if I wanted to do the exercises that it advertises it facilitates. That was not the case. The sloped settings it offered meant my foot pedal would slide off, and unless I set it on the flat setting, it wasn't high enough for me. There's no way to set this foot rest flat and have it stay there. Any pressure on the front or back part of the foot rest, tilts the flat part.It seems sturdy enough, and looks as though it would provide the flexibility it advertises, but it just doesn't suit my use case.

Received a model that is not even listed on Amazon. There is no way to lock it into position as the platform just glides back and forth on the support. Very confused as to how this can even be used as you have to either move your feet all the time, or make an effort to hold it in one position with your feet. Returning it.

What a crappy product. The plateau keep flipfloping and there is no way to lock it in place. The angle you set it to also cannot be locked in place and it keeps dropping out of the notches. So you always have to put the whole thing back into it's chosen angle. The plateau surface is plastic so if you want to use it without shoes, good luck .I will never recommend that...product.

The unit has many positions but will not lock into any of the positions. It constanly flips back and forth from front to back and falls out of the slots so you have to constantly put the rods back into the slots. It never lays flat.
