I take this for my allergies. I was told by a naturalist to try for allergies to dust, grass and pollen. And it really works. I take the children’s because there smaller and work faster then the adult. I take 3 in the morning and it effective in about 5-7 min. And last for about 5 hrs before I have to take more.
