I returned this item as it was massive. Perhaps it will look OK on a seven foot 350lb man; but, it is huge and can double as a self defense tool if need be.

Nice for the price!
The bracelet itself is very nice, perfect size for a big wrist. The only thing I would change is the clasp. It should be beefier and have heavier pins holding it in place. Otherwise I am very pleased with the purchase.
