Lights turn on for a split second than off. No fans kick on, no heat. FYI there is no tech support on weekends, only week days. Update, their website's support section is a phone number that no one answers. But you can leave you number, name and email address to get help. This is not an American company. It says it is on the device but all the components are made in China. The 2 addresses associated with Gasland Chef, 3330-A Marathon Ct, North Charleston, SC 29418 and 36 S 18th Ave STE A, Brighton, CO 80601, do not list ANY companies with the Name of GASLAND CHEF.
