this is a beautiful diary.I do wish the strap was bigger so that I can add more thing inside it over time but it's just beautiful.I love the combination lock and the color is perfect.the pages are fixed so no sliding them out when locked (some dairys with refillable opinions have that issue)the only way someone could read it is if they cut the fabric closer or break the lock. so theres no way to do it sneakily and I know some people might have people like that in there life so as long as u remember to turn the numbers after u close it ur good. obviously if u have people in ur life that would destroy it to get inside then a online hidden diary might be best but this is perfect for me and anyone that just wants to make sure know one will just open it and take a peek.this will be a great thing to accompany me during therapy.adding pictures of stuff iv added insidepross-color-combo lock-fixed pages-secure (unless u have crazy people in ur life)cons-fabric closure not longer-it doesn't stay open on its own.-wish it was a tad bit biggernote-not a issue for most people but I have ehlers danlos syndrome and my fingertips can be sensitive causeing locking/unlocking it to be painful at times.

THIS IS THE CUTEST, MOST PERFECT JOURNAL. I wanted a journal that didn't have any cover art. I wanted sophistication as well. I didn't want a journal that was too kiddy as I am starting college in a few months. iIt is small but perfect because it fits in my book bag without taking so much space. Will buy my next journal from this seller as well!

I had a request for a diary with a lock and key. I thought twice. This is a better item. The combination can be changed as often as the owner wishes. Good quality. Nice cover.

Would not keep life or death secrets in here but great for a diary or journal :-) I gave it to my fiancé to write all the things he isn't ready to talk to me about and he uses it all the time. Obviously I haven't tried to pick the lock but it looks sturdy but easy to yank open if someone really wanted to. Great for the price though, really good quality paper and cover.

From the first glance and feel, there's a quality to this diary. Great color selection and it locks. The fact that you can lock your thoughts in is important - especially for young people to filter their feelings on paper. I've given these as gifts. Nobody sneered as if it was old fashioned because it was low tech. On the contrary, they were received as quiet and personal. I can't tell you if they're actually used, though...that too is personal, I guess.

I thought this journal would be bigger than it is- but it’s about the size of a pocket journal. The cover is thick and high quality, and thick canvas with beautiful gradients of grey. The lock is easy to set up and the lock doesn’t get stuck. The paper is thick and lined.

The size is good. The lock works well. Pages are thick enough. The cover is durable. Comes in a nice box. Would make a very nice gift.

Love it. Absolutely perfect for what I needed. (to keep passwords) extremely easy to set a combination. Comes with a small sheet with simple instructions. Worth it.

小3の孫のために購入、秘密の手帳という事で喜んでくれた。商品は白い箱に入っており中身も鍵もしっかりしていた。すごく喜んでいたので良かった。ノートとしてはちょっと高いかな。
