I have had my size 10s for a year now. They are the only tabi I have purchased. The snug fit, thanks to the kohaze, to my ankle keeps the sole secure to my foot. I'm kind of sad that they don't come a half a size larger c: but they are holding well and the tight fit is still comfortable. A pair of heel support shoe slips from Dr.Sholl's***( not because of the inserts... the inserts just help a little as the heel is pretty stiff to the ground)and they are more comfortable than anything on the market(yep... Anything). C: they show a little wear after agressive heavy ninja stuffs like running, climbing, and jumping down from tall things(all from tall things). Aha. But yes. They take forever to dry out and shrink a little if you wash them, however, they tend to stretch right back after a use or two. I like to take my pants drag excess up my ankle and pull then fold back the sleeve and put the tabi on over it. It looks awesome and makes me feel like my legs are knives to the ground;seemingly better grip more precise movement due to the slack being held higher. I think that they could be improved upon specifically on the edge where the bottom is glued to the toes. And on the outer edges next to the toes. This being said, the only issue here, for me, is aesthetic. A little more care could have been used when glueing the sole on. As some of the glue was out of place riding up past the rubber(not that anybody looks as closely as I do). Moreover, I think, personally that these tabi are the best pair of boots I have. The mobility I am granted by their use and the grip of the sole are quite amazing. I didn't know I could move as fast as I do now(besides when not wearing anything at all on my feet... they are light as well...)thanks to these. C: p.s. They make super great house slippers. ( non-slip... on wet surfaces they might slip though... just don't run in the house, kids....)
