i love how simple this book is laid out. It is easy to read, with clear instructions and tools for keeping the family healthy.

I bought this book when I was in Dr. Haskell's office recently. I've been using herbal and homeopathic remedies, and nutrition with my family for several years and rarely have to take my kids to the doctor. I have really enjoyed Dr. Haskell's insight and knowledge, both confirming things I had already learned, but also for things I wasn't sure about how to deal with. This book has also given me many more tools for the "Dr. Mom" tool belt. I personally know a lot of parents who want to do things naturally for their families but aren't even sure where to start. This book would be an excellent resource for them.
