Absolutely perfection.Calibrated out of box in boiling water. Even readings across the board. Threw on a pork butt. A whole chicken. And a rack of ribs.My grill got a little warm, immediately the temp alarm went off letting me know. Chicken and pork butt all riding smooth. This will be a huge help!

First off, I have to wonder why the factory seals were cut open when I purchased a new item. It was pretty obvious that it had been unpacked and put back in the box as best someone could. If purchased as a discounted warehouse deal as I have done in the past, I would understand.Range is not that great. The BBQ is in the middle of the back yard and if I walk around to the side yard, it will lose connection and set off a very annoying alarm. I ended up disabling alarms because of this. Other than that, I really like this unit.

I am very impressed with this Inkbird model. I know the temp gauge is not accurate on my grill so I depend on this to let me know what's going on under the hood. Four probes are more than enough for what I cook. The bluetooth range is good; I can receive anywhere in my house. One day I may go for a wifi model but I prefer to stay close when I am cooking. The only thing I would change on it would be to have the wires to be tangle-free as they will kink up if you don't watch.

This is the second one I buy. I have one for my smoker on the patio and another one for the oven inside. I love that I can smoke multiple things at the same time and love that I can see all the temps on my phone via bluetooth. The app allows you to set presets to notify you when the meat is done, this is a great feature and worth every penny. I recommend this to anyone looking for a wireless option. It is also rechargeable and the battery lasts really long, 3-4 long smoking sessions.

I’ve been bbq’n for 60 years and I’m 73.I always used touch, time , look and intuition. I’ve been living in the dark ages. I apologize. Old days are not exactly the good ways.Set up took almost 5 seconds as it paired to my Bluetooth . It is right on for temperature. For the $ 40 dollars spent it’s a no brainer. I’m not outside every 20 minutes to check on what’s going on. Heat can drop or hit high if you do not watch it and I know I’m preaching to the old smoke eaters. I have a 4 ft long grill with a smoke box ( yep, it’s big, weighs 800 lbs) and a three deck smoker.) I cook three briskets and four sides of ribs at the same time . The price is small to what I get in return.Go Inkbird.

I initially bought this for use with my outdoor gas grill, it was great. It sends the temperature reading to my iPhone and I can use one probe just to monitor the temperature within the grill, and still have 3 probes for the meat and potatoes. Now I use it in the oven in the house as well for roasts and baked potatoes without having to open the oven door for a regular meat thermometer. It works great.

Recieved this thermometer and used it the same day. Enough probes to monitor the pit temp, the flat and point of the brisket and the pork shoulder I had cooking the entire time. Occasionally would check the temperature reading with an instant read thermometer and came out right every time. Would recomend and will likely buy as a gift when it is that time of year.
