I purchased this text book for my college course. It is great for anyone working in the healthcare industry!!!

The best book I've read on this topic. Covers every aspect thoroughly. Should be in the hands of every nursing student and mandatory reading for all nursing schools/Universities as well as professionals and health care facilities.Can't say enough good about how the authors covered all detail regarding cultural diversity for nursing staff, support staff, to management and beyond. This is a teamwork effort if it is to be accomplished.

Book for school, came on time, everything I expected.

Not in that great of a condition. A crap ton of stickers on it (from Chegg?) and really dirty on the cover. Took stickers off and whipped with a bleach wipe and it was good to go thought.

This book offers a great deal of information on addressing cultural competence and diversity in the healthcare setting.I am half way through the book and especially appreciated the section on providing diversity training for all staff, not just healthcare workers.This is a well written book and introduces multiple theories in a well organized and very understandable manner. I would definitely recommend it as a learning, training and future reference tool.

It's a book. I'm reading lots of books these days. It's not the best, but it's probably not the worst I've seen.

Was happy to find this book and another for rental, just before school starts, but clearly something had been spilled on the cover, of one book, leaving behind this tacky residue that has also transferred to the back of the other book. Needless to say I will be returning both books for refunds.
