Purchased this coffee maker for our business. No more K-Cups when you have 55 plus employees. This coffee maker brews the coffee fast. It's hooked to a water line so no refilling needed. Purchased 3 of the Crafts to hold the coffee and the coffee stay HOT. No smelly burned coffee. Costs so much less then having a coffee service and or purchasing K-Cups and standing in line waiting for your turn. Great investment. I highly recommend this brewer.

Horrible produce!!! No where on the description does it say you have to have an independent and continuous water source for this to work. It does. We put it back in the box and returned it they still charged us 15% restocking fee. Horrible products do not buy! We bought another bun coffee maker from Lowe's and the only way the coffee got hot was from the plate at the bottom. Another worthless product. Expensive junk!

If you want to have coffee quickly and can T off your water line to your Ice maker to provide proper feed for this pot it is great. Pay no attention to the Unhappy review of Happy Gal.
