Nice and bouncy!
I've never used a suspension seat before but, as I've gotten older, I find my arse appreciates a good big butt seat and bouncy stem. This stem supports my new big butt seat, with taint cutout, and gives me a nice comfortable ride with super duper support.

I just put this on my mountain bike and it is very stiff and jerky. Hopefully it’ll break in and be smooth.

Nice ride
This seat post is very good in reducing the shock from potholes or defaults in the asphalt. It gives you a more comfortable ride that a solid post that doesn’t give the least little bit, I bought another for my wife’s bike. Excellent choice..

Bit stiff needs better spring action
Fits fine but very stiff and not much spring action like the one I had on my old GT, ok for the price I guess. Also doesn’t come with instructions on adjusting screw

Makes a difference!
I installed this seat post on a small Jetson Bolt Pro e-bike and it is really nice and makes a good difference. Easy to install, just as any seat post would be. No complaints and I have recommended this to others! I bought a 2nd e-bike and will likely reorder another one!

Not what they said.
When this arrived I immediately tested the spring tension before installing. I weigh 200lbs. I got the spring to compress about 1/2 inch. So I tried loosening the tension and it did not make much of a difference. So I returned it.
