Overall not a bad system unfortunately the remote control stopped working soon after and after two emails to the supplier, who just kept saying reset it, then asked me to order replacement. That’s where the issue arises in that Amazon run you in circles about returning items after 30 days. Well it’s impossible to be accurate, this appears to be a major failing in Amazon customer relations in that automated systems and circular web links have you running around until you give up.....this is the second time I’ve had a product fail within the first year, when did we accept such low standards of service? This Amazon love story is coming to an end for me, it’s back to suppliers that I can talk to and will answer with a tone of humanity.

Appears to work; but definitely not easy to set up. The included instructions are very basic and not that helpful. There is no easy access to on-line help either!!!! Just a user group that isn't very responsive.Build date of August 2020; but seems to be very fussy about WiFi dongle and USB stick (key) requirements. So will not easily do what it says on the box.I've managed to get it connected to satellites and am viewing programmes; but still needs a lot of tweeking. After three days of playing I'm still not there. Although I wouldn't say I'm totally au fait with the technology, I wouldn't calss my self as a novice. I do too, have some patience and do get some enjoyment from the challenge.So unless you are prepared to agonise a lot, go for something else!

Looks good out of the box, plugged in ready to go. Go to set up, it shows all satellites take your pick, had to find out which one we receive tv from and select. Download took about 10 minutes then went to tv channels only to find it had dragged everything in, you then have to sort them and delete the one that you can't receive all channels are mixed up. So gave up, back in the box it went and returned to amazon. Ha a great box if you have a motorised satellite dish and have all the time to go through the channels, there are a lot of channels that we can't receive on a sky dish. But it's not plug and play.

This box is not for the UK it does work but it will not get the same as the UK it is made for asrela

This box is a pile of rubbish, it has multiple issues as it does not seem to have tested on live Freeview transmissions.1. The program information seen when changing channel fails to work on 50% of services and just shows Greek garbled characters. Not a signal problem. its an issue in the software.2. The Electronic program guide does not work properly as its clearly not been tested.3. When viewing Freeview HD services, the set top box is incapable of handling the dynamic switch between Interlaced and progressive picture modes. This results is SEVERE picture jitter. Its OK with news etc but not much else.4. It claims to have Youtube, but its out of Ark and is of Zero use anyway as the box does not have a network socket or built in wi fi.5. The out of box experience is diabolical. Its in satellite mode. Your not asked what you want to tune in.6. The internal so called Freeview tuner fails to find services that are transmitted near to each other. Its yet another problem with the ill throughout product.Not recommend, should be removed off sale as its not for purpose.

Considering what I paid for it, I consider it good value for money. It works as expected after configuration and tuning. The user interface leaves a lot to be desired and us not for the novice. Unless you have experience with these devices you will have difficulty in customising the channel lists. There is a set of instructions, but they. are the very basic. Connecting to Netflix, something that attracted me to this model, is not possible without an aerial. The aerial was unavailable when I tried on the internet, including Amazon. After two weeks Amazon sent a link and I ordered one on Feb 4, with a delivery dare of Mar 4. However, i still believe, based on the performance of the box, it is value for money and compares favourably with others at a higher price.

Fast delivery, compact, good value, the only problem was i thought it had a scart socket which i needed because in france.so had to get advice about hdml
