Decibullz ftw!
These are the best earplugs I've purchased. They fit really well and don't slide out of my ear that easily. They are also very comfortable and have not deteriorated like some other earplugs I have purchased in the past. I believe they have also helped improve the sound from my earbuds. Silicone plugs hurt my ears, but I can leave these in for hours without any discomfort.

Not easy to install, but make a big difference
Swapped out the silicone buds from a generic wired pair, a generic wireless pair, a pair of soundcore P40i earbuds, and an old Etymotic pair of wired buds. Definitely a tight fit and a bit of work, but they worked really well. I'd say the bud mounts varied from about 3 mm round to 5mm oval diameters. Very comfortable and seem to be of high quality memory foam. The diameter worked for me, and I was using a small soundcore original silicone pair.

Good product that could fit better
These fit snug over my earbuds, almost too snug as they were tight to put on. The outer finish is smooth to resist build-up of grim with an easy wipe.I don't get putting these in hot water for a 'custom fit'. If they're on your earbuds, do you put the earbud in the hot water too? If not, how do you get the earbud from the hot water into your ear canal?The fit would be better if they were maybe 1/2 mm longer. My ear canals are not the same left to right, and the left fits great, but I need to shove the right bud in further to get a good seal and even then it moves out just enough to let in ambient sounds. If I buy the large, my ears start to hurt from the pressure, and the small would never seal. I'll need to look for something a tad longer.

Great replacement.
I thought I had to buy a new set of earplugs because I needed new tips and my headphone tips didn't work well. These are perfect and feel great on.
