I had pneumonia 4 1/2 yrs ago, and was in the hospital for 4 days. For some reason I have never gotten rid ofA strange cough , my voice is deeper, and sounds raspy to me. These capsules are easy to swallow, they do have an 'interesting' taste, but not an issue for me.I've had a chest congestion for a few days before I ordered these. I'm not sure if it's allergies being developed, if I had a chest cold, or the weather changing. It was quite bothersome and I find myself a bit out of breath (with no other symptoms).I took these for 3 days and I can notice the difference! I would say as early as day 1 or 2. Perhaps the chest cold subsided, but that would be a bit coincidental...So far, I really do think they do open up my lungs and I can breath without weezing or feel congested. I'm not short of breath and I feel more comfortable overall.I'm usually not easily convinced with supplements, but these are pretty darn good. I'm going to take these for a couple of more days and see if my symptoms return and to see if I feel any different. I have to say I'm a bit impressed.

For obvious reasons lately, we should all be concerned about our overall health, especially lung health with a dangerous respiratory virus out there. I especially, am someone who is very susceptible to having a bad effect from covid, because I have had lung issues all of my life. I am asthmatic, and sometimes struggle to take deep breaths. These are prescription by the way, and I think these supplements have done more for me then the prescription nasal spray. Time will tell how effective they are over time, but I have to say that I am impressed at the initial results.
