I never really believed in supplements and always gave up after a fortnight or so. I ordered these just to try. After 59 years of short weak nails my nails are stronger and longer than they have ever been! Hallelujah. I take chewable ones as I am on permanent medication that is hard to swallow and I don’t need more indigestion than necessary!

These gummies are tasty but I didn't think they did anything much to my hair. I noticed that my nails grew and I had to cut them more often than usually that happened after two months of taking them 2 gummies once a day not missing days. I would recommend these for healthy long nails .

Bought these having previously been taking biotin tablet (one a day) and I think my nails, whihc had begun to improve, seem to have deteriorated during the time I have been taking these.Also, had a dry mouth after taking them.Have finished the bottle and will not be re-ordering.

I started taking these gummies three weeks ago mostly for my nails as they were becoming a bit soft due to prolonged use of nail polish. They're easy to digest and have a subtle taste of blackcurrant . In the last few days, I've noticed that my nails have become stronger and are no longer splitting so much. The product is good value for the price paid so I'll be ordering more.
