Remote for AC
It was very easy to program and worked very well for the cost of the item. Now I get to use my AC again

Model of my mini-split is not listed so I had to use the auto searching, after several attempts it worked, I was expecting the model to set itself but not, you need to set it when the unit beep, then model is set in the remote control.

Comfort Aire window air conditioner
It works! But it took me a while. I got to thinking . . . this thing has 200 channels so it should definitely work at some point. Coworker had lost our original remote for the window Comfort Aire air conditioner. The code number for Comfort Aire was not listed. Auto instructions appeared not to help. What saved the day was that the air conditioner itself had a digital temperature readout. (1) Turned the window AC on. (2) Set temperature on this new remote to a different number than temp on the air conditioner. I used at least a 5 degree difference. (3) I then clicked the set button on the remote one step at a time while I looked up at the temperature reading on the AC unit. (4) Finally, the temperature on the AC unit changed to match the number on this remote. . . Success! My Comfort Aire unit (no serial number) worked on Channel 106. Looking back, the instructions, as written, would have worked but it would have taken longer. I would have to change to the next channel, then hit the power button on the remote, then change to the next channel, then hit the power button on the remote . . . until I got to where the air conditioner would shut off.- end

This product just doesn't work
I received this product in a very old and cheap plastic container and followed the instructions to the letter with no success. The instructions are very straight forward, but the product was just defective. DO NOT BUY.

It works
What can I say? It works as promised with my mini split heat pumps. I bought the first one a year ago, and two more just recently. Feels well made- better than the original remotes that came with the heat pumps.
