A couple of the pieces arrived damaged. One looked like the plastic woven pieces had snapped from the tension and the other was damaged during shipping. The vendor DropJop was super responsive and sent the replacements immediately. Putting the furniture together was much more difficult than it should have been because some of the holes did not line up very well. Seemed like a quality control issue. We quickly figured out that putting all the hardware in loosely first, and then tightening, was a must. The end result looks really nice. All in all, a lovely furniture set that could have been a bust if it had not been thoroughly backed by an ethical seller.

I read all the reviews before I bought this. It was easier to put together than I expected - took me about 30 minutes. The only issue I have, is that when I tightened all the bolts on the coffee table, it doesn't rest with all four legs on the ground. I think I'll be able to fix it though. Someone said the chairs were small - I'm a big person and found them to be perfect for my large ba-dunk-a-dunk. Also, the cushions are thin, but the chairs are comfortable enough, that you don't really need a thicker cushion. I'm ready for springtime!

Great price! Good quality. It was a s*** to put together but once it was done, it looks great :) Worth the buy despite the extra effort.

Product looks astetically nice. Quality is very nice. Had some trouble lining up bolt holes on one chair, but overall a good buy.

Great set for the price! Just make sure not to tighten down the screws before it is all together otherwise the holes for the screws won't line up.
