There are certain tools that you need for certain jobs. And as funny as it may sound to some people one of those things that is a spatula to fry fish. While fish is not something that I make all the time I make it enough where this spatula is going to come in nice and handy. This spatula is made of a nice durable metal that feels really good in the hands when being used. One of the best part of this spatula is the way that it is made. With the slant in the spatula its nice and easy to turn those pieces of fish like tilapia or even a trout when you are frying them up with our breaking the fish completely apart. The holes in the spatula itself makes it easy to get a majority of the grease off the foods that you are about to eat. As strange as it sounds I have not only used this on fish but I also used this spatula to pick up fresh baked chocolate chip cookies when they are still hot from the oven without breaking the cookie completely apart. This spatula washes really well in the dishwasher as well. Overall I loved this spatula. There are a lot more things that you can use this spatula for between fish all the way to cookies. I don't fry fish because I don't like it. So I finally broke down, looked up how to do it and tada I did it. So them I decided to do chicken with this spatula. It worked great for that also. I also did falafel balls and they are so much easier to fry with this spatula. It is easy to move the pieces and it is so simple to move whatever you are frying around. I love this spatula and I like the length of it so that I don't have to worry about being popped by grease all the time. Of yea and cooking bacon in the oven and using this because I like to season it works better at flipping it.
