So you use Fn+[key] to use arrow keys. Many people with this keyboard may use editors like VIM; where cursor movement is with other keys. If you aren't used to it, it is a learning curve. But once you are used to it, I wouldn't go back to any other keyboard. That is just a personal opinion though. **Q: Is it hotswap** A: No, this keyboard is not hot swap. **Q: will i have to pay import fees** A: If purchased from the seller "PFU (EMEA) LIMITED", the answer is no. We ship product from within the region, so there are no surprise import fees for you to pay. **Q: why does this cost so much?** A: Quality of the key-caps and general build quality. I have two - one for home and one for work, where I replaced the office provided one. I think it comes down to how frequently and for how long you use the keyboard. Personally, I wouldn't want to go back to other keyboards. They feel too clunky, once you are used to the HHKB. The layout takes some time to adjust to, and going back to a normal layout can throw you off a bit as muscle memory adjusts to the HHKB layout.
