These are silly and do not work. The middle of the cuff is wider than the top and bottom, so it completely cuts of any circulation at the bicep and the forearm. When you look at it off the arm, from top to bottom it starts small then gets wide then small again. So this was not made with human anatomy in mind unless your elbow joint is bigger than your skeletal muscle.

Got them on time per usual amazon standards. Had a rep PR on the books for DB shoulder press. I’m 6’1 210 and I’d say my arms lag behind the rest of my physique. Ordered larges and they are tight which is what i wanted. You only want to wear them for support on your tops sets.I suggest rolling the top piece down a bit to double it over and pull them up that way to not stress the stitching.I found these on sale for $5 a pair! Even if they fall apart next month that’s 5 stars for me.Hit 70s for 16 reps with cranky elbows. Good purchase IMO

for $5 a pair I guess you get what you pay for. they seem to be well made but sizing is off. they were way too small. one sleeve seemed to be smaller than the other. I could only get one up my arm over my elbow.

According to their scale I order a large and it was to small had to cut it a little to stop it from cutting off the circulation in my arm

works awesome. I was having trouble with a sore tender elbow while lifting for years. not anymore. does the trick. also, it allowed me to slingshot a few more pounds of weight on the bar. buy them tight for good results. I would recommend

I've had symmetrical elbow pain for the past 2 years, primarily due to overtraining (100 burpee-pullups for time, WODs that involved 50 one-armed pushups, 1RMing my press, lots of handstand pushup negatives, etc.). I had previously purchased nylon straps that used plastic "bumps" inside and velcro straps to apply pinpoint pressure on the upper forearm. They helped with pain and allowed me to do some low-rep training, but I had to make them pretty tight for them to have an effect, and as a result of their narrowness they tended to cut off circulation. That resulted in frequently stopping to release the pressure between sets. So I wanted something that could provide compression over a wider area, not impact circulation as much, and therefore allow me to exercise without frequent adjustments.I now use these sleeves for high-rep workouts like pushups and pullups, but still occasionally go back to the nylon straps for low-rep workouts like bench press or pushing weight overhead. They feel strong and snug.

At the age of 50 my joints are a little tired (knackered actually) after nearly 26 odd years of lifting. So for the first time, I decided to invest in some elbow protection. Im not disappointed, They are excellent value for money. They fit exactly as they should. I bought the large (max 30cm fitting) and they nice and tight offering a great deal of support. Also, the price was excellent. They were approx half what some other retailers were selling them at. Overall Im delighted with my purchase.
