Sincerelly I purchased it as a cheap ip web cam but looking basic specs that may help me to monitor my house on basics scenarios (sent emial and use the ftp to upload the images). Its web monitor is too old. I have purchased three (3) different ip wireless web cameras and just the first one and the expensive has worked as needed. I will not let you know the brand because I do not want to be out of order in my comments. I want to be focus on this camera. I try to get help but it is all in chinesse or something like that. During day the ip cam do not show a clear image, it show an image like black and wihite. Is really that I purchase a cheap camera but I feel that I spent my money in a garbage. On another browser different IE it didn't show the advance options nor the general options. This is a real comment. I refuse this ip camera and do not recommend that you purchase it. This ip camera sucks. I have imgs that I may sent to anyone that want to know how it work (indoor & outdoor). Just one time I noticed colors on this ip camera. I tried factory restore and the same shist. This ip camera was not design to be use in America. All information was in chinesse. My email: [email protected]

For the price you can't beat this cam! I've got one of these recording to Ispy. It's been recording continuously for around 2 months now with none of the network /wifi issues brought up by other reviewers. Sure the p/t is a bit clunky and the picture could be better but really, what can we expect from a $30 cam? This is good enough for me to see when my 2-year-old is playing instead of sleeping and is great to remote into and look around with if the home alarm goes off. I'd definitely recommend this

I see only 2 reviews for this year. so ill add my own. For about 30 and some change .. what do you want? I had no trouble setting this camera up. I used the the manufactures DDNS and it worked even while i used a hospitals WIfI connection for paitents (along with other ip brand cameras) with Free IPCam in the android app world. I also use BlueIris on my comp. at home and no problem either.I wasn't expecting to much for 30bucks. The color is off.. Make my red couch look pinkish... same with a black outfit my daughter wears doesn't look black. So if you just need to see whats what... then 30 bucks is just enough.

Very good product, I have it at a doorway intrance and it emails me pictures of anyone intering my facility. I have not set up the video function.....

Works OK just for viewing, don't expect much more from it.

Supposed to be able to record and listen to mic and talk on speaker on IE, but the ability doesn't exist. Trying to get software updates is impossible because web site is in Chinese.
