When arrive box was fine Turn it on the numbers were were not not working fully. I wanted to exchange but did not have anymore in stock so kept it. The front numbers before decimal worked fine so kept it as is needed to way shrimp and crawfish that night anyway

Well, I wanted to give it 0 stars, but I was able to use it twice within 2 weeks...so 1 star for 2 uses in 2 weeks? Poor quality, don't waste your money.... No response from manufacturer and past Amazon 30 day return policy. Pass on this scale and choose another.
