Just received this frame and we’re obsessed with it. Simple straightforward set up. Up and running in minutes.Our old digital frame had a fine life until it finally fizzled out but we rarely added pictures to it. Same old photos going by. This frame is SO much easier and convenient to load pictures on. The App makes it easy for you or anyone you invite to put pics right on your frame. No need to look at the same old pictures.The frame itself is solid and not ‘cheap’ looking. Looks great on the shelf. Pictures can easily be edited on the frame once they’re on there if they need to be (rotation for example) and the frame does a good job of ‘filling’ the space on the left and right of any vertical pictures with subtle colors from the picture so they don’t look lost in a sea of black like on our old frame. Picture is bright and clear.Very happy with this purchase. Good gift for just about anyone, too.

My husband bought me a similar product and I hated it. It wouldn’t connect to the internet and stay connected. This Brookstone product is vastly superior. Easy set up and transfer of photos. I will likely buy another one for my office.

I got this for my mom as a gift since both her kids live out of town. Its a fun way to share things we are up to with her. The app is easy to use and we haven't had any issues with the connection. We love it and I think she does too. The quality and look of the actual frame is nice and looks expensive

Pros - Never thought I'd own one but figured it was the perfect way to scale down on storing boxes and boxes of photo albums that never get used. I also don't have to dust framed pictures around the house any more! Family and friends love seeing our revolving pictures. It gives them a quick glimpse of what's been going on in our lives without having to bombard them with tons of photos or videos that they really don't want to see anyway. It puts them in control of asking for details about a picture they're curious about. Sending pictures from my phone to the frame couldn't be easier! We love seeing the daily reminders of vacations, weddings, family, etc. It can give you a real boost or a good laugh when you need one most.Cons - Very little tech support. Don't expect an owner's manual or hard copy of instructions. You need to download the app and read the very minimal instructions there. The stand that the frame sits on is not the most stable and is difficult to attach. They fail to explain that detail. After the frame fell over multiple times I discovered a video online from a 'user' who shows you how to set it up. The most frustrating thing with this frame is they don't tell you how to delete a photo from the frame; instead they tell you how to delete the album. I don't want to delete the whole album and start over! Not sure what to do about that so I'd suggest be sure you really want to send a photo to the frame before hitting 'send'. Also there's no way to view a photo gallery on the app so I can see all my photos in one place like you can on your cell phone's camera roll. Sometimes I'd like to quickly check to see if I've sent a particular picture to the frame without waiting for all 500 pictures to cycle through. Perhaps there's a way to do this on the frame itself; haven't gotten that far yet. Lastly, the app shows a handful of photos sitting in a queue, asking me to select photos to send to the frame when they were already sent. Not sure why this only happened with a few photos or if deleting them from the queue will delete them from the frame.Overall, I love this frame and wish we'd bought one sooner.

If you are like me you have lots of photos you would like to see or share but have run out of room to keep individual framed photos up around the house. This rotating frame allows me to share photos of friends and family that I really cherish but cannot display individually. After a few false starts I figured out how to register and load the photos (which ultimately was easy and an installation guide included would have been appreciated) I am very happy with this frame. The only downside is that there is no off button and the frame (unlike others on the market does not sleep when there is no movement in the room.) So I just unplug it (which is a clunky solution) to an off button that couldn't have been that hard to design.

Really glad that I bought the PhotoShare frame. I ordered it thinking it was just a regular digital frame but it’s much more than that - totally surprised!Setting it up took maybe two minutes and was very straightforward - clear step by step directions on the screen. We had to download an app to add photos which took no time at all and we were adding photos within a couple minutes. Since this is cloud connected, each of us can have our own user profile on the frame and can add photos or videos from anywhere either through the app or by emailing them to the frame. I can send photos or videos that I want to share with my family right from my iPhone to the frame and I’ve invited my family and friends to do the same so it’s keeping us all connected. And we are even starting to use it with Google Photos which makes it even easier. Having the frame is great right now especially with family and friends apart - everyone can send directly to the frame no matter where they are.This would be an awesome gift for grandparents to keep them up to date on the grandkids - family members can add photos or videos from anywhere - or for families and friends who can’t see each other in person but want to stay connected - what a cool way to do that!

I have bought many digital frames, this one is the very best. Easy to add pictures by using a app on your phone. It goes to sleep in the dark, I love this feature as I never turn it off. Great quality

I was looking for a frame for my mother and was about setting it up. It is straight forward, and they have video you can watch within the app if you run into a problem. Recommend!

Great size. Options to change the slideshow frequency. Pictures are nice and clear. Also plays videos.
