TGLLM New Aeris 36 Inch Low Pressure Braided Scuba Regulator Hose (Neon Yellow-MaxFlex)

I have not been in the water yet, but the hose installed and held air as expected. On the plus side the yellow is brilliant and not dull as I have seen on some octo hoses. It came with an well fitted Oceanic labeled strain relief that is not shown in the picture. That a nice unexpected bonus as most strain relief are designed for rubber exterior hoses and are usually a bit large for modern braided flex hose. The price was great, almost half of the popular Miflex branded hoses. I appreciate that this hose is branded Oceanic as there are other no name hoses at similar pricing, but something as important as this, I think a trusted brand is important.The only reason I rated 4 and not 5 stars, was the finished length. This hose measured 34 1/4 inches fitting thread to fitting thread. Typically an octopus hose is 36" to 40" to better suit the purpose of passing it to a buddy. My previous rubber hose was 40" so I was a bit on the fence about ordering a 36" (The only size offered). As I was swapping out the hoses it was apparent the new one was noticeably shorter. If this hose was going to deviate from the advertised length, I wish it had been a bit longer and not shorter.That noted, the hose looks to be well made and for the price I think a vey good deal.

I like the durability and the brightness, great for my sling bottle

I put a new regulator kit together and this hose was a must love it.
